إلتقى الفريق أول / عبد المجيد صقر القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى بعدد من مقاتلى المنطقة الغربية العسكرية ، وذلك بحضور الفريق / أحمد خليفة رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة ، والذى يأتى إستمراراً للقاءات التى تقوم بها القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة للتواصل مع المقاتلين والإطمئنان على جاهزيتهم القتالية .
وألقى اللواء أح / حاتم مصطفى زهران قائد المنطقة الغربية العسكرية كلمة أشار خلالها إلى حرص رجال المنطقة الغربية العسكرية على الوصول إلى أعلى معدلات الجاهزية والإستعداد القتالى لتنفيذ ما يكلفون به من مهام للدفاع عن الوطن وصون مقدراته .
وألقى الفريق أول / عبد المجيد صقر كلمة نقل خلالها تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبد الفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة لرجال المنطقة الغربية العسكرية ، مشيداً بما يقدمه حماة الإتجاه الإستراتيجى الغربى من جهود وتضحيات لتنفيذ مهامهم بكفاءة وإقتدار ، مؤكداً على أن الحفاظ على الإستعداد القتالى العالى لمواجهة كافة التحديات هو الضمان الحقيقى لأمن وإستقرار الوطن فى ظل الأحداث والمتغيرات المتسارعة التى تشهدها المنطقة ، كما إستعرض القائد العام للقوات المسلحة تطورات الأوضاع بالمنطقة وما يتطلبه ذلك من ضرورة الإرتقاء بمستوى الوعى والفهم الصحيح للمقاتلين إرتباطاً بما يدور حولهم من أحداث ، موصياً المقاتلين بالحفاظ على الروح المعنوية العالية والإنضباط الذاتى تأكيداً على أن رجال القوات المسلحة هم رمز العزة والكرامة والنموذج الذى يحتذى به فى البذل والعطاء من أجل الوطن ، كما شاركهم تناول وجبة الغداء معرباً عن تقديره لما إتسم به المقاتلين من إعتزاز وفخر تجاه ما يقدمونه للوطن حتى ينعم بالأمن والإستقرار .

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Meets with Western Military Zone Personnel
General Abdel Mageed Saqr, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defence and Military Production, met with personnel of the Western Military Zone, in the presence of Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, the commanders of the main branches, and a number of senior military leaders. This meeting comes as part of the ongoing engagements by the General Command of the Armed Forces to maintain close communication with combatants and to ensure their operational readiness.
Major General Hatem Mostafa Zahran, Commander of the Western Military Zone, delivered a speech in which he underscored the steadfast determination of the personnel under his command to attain the highest levels of combat preparedness and readiness to execute their assigned missions in defense of the homeland and the preservation of its resources.
General Abdel Mageed Saqr conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the men of the Western Military Zone. He commended the unwavering efforts and sacrifices of the guardians of the western strategic direction in carrying out their duties with proficiency and dedication.
The Commander-in-Chief stressed that maintaining a high level of combat readiness to confront all challenges remains the true guarantor of the nation’s security and stability amidst the rapidly evolving regional circumstances. He also reviewed the latest developments in the area of responsibility, highlighting the importance of enhancing awareness and fostering a sound understanding among the troops in light of the current events.
In his address, he urged the personnel to preserve their high morale and self-discipline, affirming that the men of the Armed Forces embody the highest ideals of honor, dignity, and selfless service for the sake of the nation. The Commander-in-Chief also joined the troops for lunch, expressing his deep appreciation for their dedication and pride in fulfilling their duties to ensure Egypt’s security and stability.
