في إطار فعاليات أيام القاهرة لصناعة السينما، التي تُقام ضمن أنشطة مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي في دورته الـ46، تستضيف قاعة أوبليسك 2 بفندق سوفتيل اليوم الأحد 16 نوفمبر حلقة نقاشية بعنوان “الإنتاج المشترك: بين الهوية ومتطلبات السوق”، وذلك من الساعة 2:00 حتى 3:30 مساءً، بحضور خاص لحاملي البطاقات. تُدير الجلسةكاتبة السيناريو وصانعة الأفلام إنجي محي الدين، بمشاركة نخبة من أبرز صناع السينما: مي زايد، علي العربي، رولا ناصر، وديفيك جرافر.
تتناول الجلسة واحدًا من أهم محاور صناعة السينما الحديثة، حيث يُطرح سؤال جوهري: كيف يمكن للإنتاج المشترك أن يحقق حضورًا عالميًا للأعمال السينمائية دون أن تفقد هويتها المحلية؟ ففي عالم تتقاطع فيه الثقافات وتتداخل الأسواق، أصبح الإنتاج المشترك ليس مجرد وسيلة تمويل، بل أداة فعّالة للتبادل الفني والإنساني بين صناع الأفلام حول العالم.
من خلال مناقشة تفاعلية بين المتحدثين، تستعرض الجلسة التوازن الدقيق بين تلبية احتياجات السوق العالمية والحفاظ على الخصوصية الإبداعية والثقافية للعمل السينمائي. كما تسلط الضوء على التحديات التي يواجهها صناع الأفلام في منطقتنا، والفرص التي يوفرها التعاون عبر الحدود لفتح مسارات جديدة أمام السينما المصرية والعربية على الساحة الدولية.
وتهدف الجلسة كذلك إلى مشاركة خبرات عملية تُبرز عناصر نجاح مشاريع الإنتاج المشترك، سواء على المستوى الفني أو الاقتصادي أو الإنساني، بالإضافة إلى استشراف آفاق جديدة قد تشكل مستقبل التعاونات الدولية في صناعة السينما.

أُطلقت “أيام القاهرة لصناعة السينما” كمنصّة مخصصة لدعم وتطوير الصناعة السينمائية في العالم العربي وأفريقيا، من خلال توفير فرص التمويل والتدريب والتشبيك بين صُنّاع الأفلام والخبراء الدوليين. تضم الأيام عدة برامج ومحاور رئيسية أبرزها: ملتقى القاهرة السينمائي، منتدى المحترفين، وورش العمل المتخصصة. وقد أصبحت اليوم إحدى أهم الفعاليات المهنية في المنطقة، لما تقدمه من فرص حقيقية لتطوير المشاريع والمواهب الناشئة.

يُعد مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي أحد أعرق المهرجانات في العالم العربي وأفريقيا، وأحد أبرز المهرجانات الدولية المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي للمنتجين (FIAPF). تأسس عام 1976، ويقام سنويًا تحت رعاية وزارة الثقافة. يحرص المهرجان في كل دورة على الجمع بين البعد الفني والبعد المهني، ما يجعله منصة رئيسية للحوار بين الثقافات وتعزيز حضور السينما العربية على الساحة الدولية.

Today: Panel Discussion on “Co-Production: Between Identity and Market Demands” at Cairo Industry Days
As part of Cairo Industry Days, held within the 46th Cairo International Film Festival, Obelisk Hall 2 at Sofitel Hotel hosts today, Sunday, November 16, a panel titled “Co-Production: Between Identity and Market Demands,” from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, with access reserved for badge holders. The session is moderated by screenwriter and filmmaker Engy Mohy El Din and features a distinguished panel of filmmakers: May Zayed, Ali El Arabi, Rula Nasser, and Devick Graver.
The discussion addresses one of the key topics in contemporary filmmaking: how can co-productions achieve international reach without losing their local identity? In a world where cultures intersect and markets overlap, co-production has become more than just a funding mechanism—it is now a dynamic tool for artistic and human exchange among filmmakers globally.
Through an interactive exchange among the speakers, the session explores the delicate balance between meeting global market demands and maintaining creative and cultural specificity in cinema. Attention is given to the challenges filmmakers in our region face and the opportunities that cross-border collaboration offers for opening new avenues for Egyptian and Arab cinema on the international stage.
The panel also aims to share hands-on experiences highlighting the success factors of co-production initiatives—whether artistic, economic, or human—and to envision new directions that may shape the future of international collaborations in the industry.
