شهد الفريق أول / عبدالمجيد صقر القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى مناقشة البحث الرئيسى للأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والإستراتيجية بعنوان ” إستراتيجية مقترحة لتنمية الوعى المجتمعى فى ظل التحديات والتهديدات التى تواجه الأمن القومى المصرى ” ، والذى نفذته كلية الدفاع الوطنى ، وذلك بحضور الفريق / أحمد خليفة رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وعدد من الوزراء وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة ورؤساء الجامعات والإعلاميين والشخصيات العامة .
وألقى اللواء أ ح / عاطف عبدالرؤوف محمود مدير الأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والإستراتيجية كلمة قدم خلالها الشكر للقيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم للإرتقاء بالمستوى العلمى والبحثى داخل الأكاديمية بما يمكنها من الإرتقاء بمستوى الدارسين وفقاً لمنظور علمى متميز ، مشيراً إلى أن فعاليات البحث تأتى فى ظل التحديات المتسارعة التى تواجهها المنطقة والتى من شأنها المساس بأمن مصر القومى .
وشارك فى إعداد البحث نخبة من الخبراء الإستراتيجيين والباحثين بكلية الدفاع الوطنى ، وإنتهى البحث إلى تقديم عدد من التوصيات والآليات المقترحة والرد على عدد من الإستفسارات حول موضوع البحث .
كما شارك وزراء الشباب والرياضة والتعليم العالى والبحث العلمى والأوقاف والتربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى ، ورئيس الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام ، فى التعقيب على موضوع البحث وتقديم الرؤية التى تسهم فى الإرتقاء بمستوى الوعى فى ضوء التحديات المرتبطة بالأمن القومى المصرى إيماناً بأن الوعى الصحيح هو الحصن الذى يحمى الأوطان من كافة المخاطر .
وفى نهاية البحث نقل الفريق أول / عبدالمجيد صقر القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة للحضور ، كما أعرب عن تقديره للحضور ومدى مساهمتهم فى الإثراء العلمى للمناقشة ، مؤكداً على أهمية البحث وما تناوله من دراسات تسهم فى وضع إستراتيجيات مدروسة ومتعددة الأبعاد للإرتقاء بالمستوى الفكرى وفقاً لأسس وطنية راسخة فى ضوء التهديدات التى قد تؤثر على ركائز الأمن القومى المصرى ، كما أثنى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة على الدور الذى تقوم به الأكاديمية فى تأهيل الدارسين العسكريين والمدنيين بما يمكنهم من الوفاء بالمهام والمسئوليات التى يكلفون بها بكفاءة وإقتدار .

General Abdel Mageed Saqr attends the discussion of the main research paper of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies

General Abdel Mageed Saqr, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, attended the discussion of the main research paper of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, prepared by the National Defense College, entitled:
“A Proposed Strategy for Enhancing Societal Awareness in Light of the Challenges and Threats Facing Egyptian National Security.”
The session was attended by Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, along with a number of ministers, commanders of the main branches, university presidents, media representatives, and public figures.
Major General Atef Abdelraouf Mahmoud, Commandant of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, delivered a speech in which he expressed his gratitude to the General Command of the Armed Forces for its continuous support in advancing the academic and research environment within the Academy, enabling it to enhance the level of its students through a distinguished scientific approach. He emphasized that the research activities come amid accelerating challenges in the region that directly impact Egypt’s national security.
A group of strategic experts and researchers from the National Defense College contributed to the preparation of the study, which concluded with a set of recommendations and proposed mechanisms, in addition to addressing several enquiries related to the research topic.
Several ministers—including the Ministers of Youth and Sports, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Awqaf, and Education and Technical Education—along with the Chairman of the National Media Authority, took part in commenting on the research. They presented their perspectives on enhancing societal awareness, affirming that sound awareness is a shield that protects nations from all risks.
At the conclusion of the event, General Abdel Mageed Saqr conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the attendees. He also expressed his gratitude for their contribution to enriching the academic discussion, stressing the importance of the research and the studies it presented in formulating well-structured, multidimensional strategies to enhance intellectual resilience in light of threats that may affect the foundations of Egypt’s national security. He further praised the Academy for its role in preparing military and civilian students to fulfil their duties with efficiency and competence.
